The Zurich city police, much like other companies, faces a shortage of personnel, prompting the launch of an advertising campaign targeting career changers. In Zurich, becoming a police officer is not typically pursued as a first vocation. To address this issue, I took the initiative to adapt and optimize the layout for various formats. From traditional fanfold formats to larger options like roll-ups and snap frames, I even designed my own layouts for spin-offs like the mini flyer and more. The goal is to attract potential candidates and showcase the diverse opportunities and advantages of joining the police force in Zurich.
Additionally, I played a significant role in the online aspect of the campaign. I layouted and loaded all the pages for „Arbeiten für die Stadtpolizei“ (Working for the city police) using the CMS Tool „Adobe Experience Manager“, ensuring that the online presence aligned perfectly with the campaign’s visual identity and messaging.
